Established in 1998, it covers an area of 16,680 square meters, and has the construction area of 12,000 square meters. The company is located in Yandian of Liaocheng, the national famous historical and cultural city, the Watertown to the north of Changjiang River and China\'s capital of bearing trading. Qingdao-Yinchuan Expressway intersecting with Beijing-Fuzhou, Beijing-Kowloon Railway and 315 Provincial Highway run through this region. The traffic is very convenient.
At present, the company has 130 professional and advanced domestic equipments with the brand of Puyang Beain, Xinxiang Sunrise, Wuxi Machine Tool Factory and Zhejiang Woerfu Bearing, six precision grinding processing production lines, four CNC automatic grinding lines and two assembly lines; the company currently has 158 staffs, including 3 intermediate and senior engineering and technical personnel, 10 technicians, in which 8 people have college degree and above; and 16 middle-and-high-level management personnel. The company has all kinds of detection equipments, including British Taylor Contour Roughness Measuring Instrument, Roundness Instrument, Luoyang Sichuang Contour Roughness Measuring Instrument, Metroscope, cone bearing angle measuring instrument, metallographic microscope, magnetic powder flaw detector and other kinds of bearing ring measuring instruments. The shape, contour, roundness, roughness, crack and other aspects of the product can be detected nondestructively. It can produce single and double row tapered cone roller bearings with the inner diameter of 15-120mm, the level of P0, P6 or P5 in the metric or British system according to the national standards and customers\' requirements. The annual output is 5 million bearings, and the annual production value is RMB75 million. The company attaches great importance to product quality and customer services. The main products are used in heavy-duty trucks, light trucks, agricultural machinery, engineering machinery, mining machinery, reducers, automobile gearbox, axle bearing of automobile and other fields.
