N1020 Bearings
The N1020 bearing is a Precison cylindrical Roller bearings with an inner diameter of 100 mm , an outer diameter of 150 mm, a width of 24 mm. It typically uses P0 P6 P4 P5 P2 grade precision tolerances and Sealed type, together determine its load-bearing capacity, rotational accuracy, and applicable working conditions.
10 Series - Bearings of N design are single row cylindrical roller bearing and have two fixed ribs on the inner ring that retain the rollers and cage and one smooth outer ring. This design allows an axial displacement in certain limits, of the shaft in relation to the housing. Therefore, N Series rolling bearings are used in non-locating bearing units. Also, the N Series bearings have virtually no thrust capacity.
This type of bearings is separable. As their rollers linearly come into contact with inner ring and outer ring with less coefficient of friction, these bearings have very good capacity of radial load, suitable for electric motors, automobiles, transmission shafts, gear shafts and so on. Four-row cylindrical roller bearings are used almost exclusively in the metal industry(Rolling mills). Their friction is relatively low when compared with other roller bearings. As they are normally mounted with an interference fit on the roll neck, they are particularly suitable for rolling mill applications where the rolling speed is high.
Since very many rollers can be incorporated, the radial load carrying capacity is exceptionally high.
