YXG H308 adapter sleeve consist of three part, sleeve, hydraulic nut and lockwasher .

We apply GCR15 as our raw material to produce H308 adapter sleeve

Our YXG H308 adapter sleeve was produced under the procedure as below

Heat treatment will be used to make the hardness of the raw material equably.

In order to protect our fine lathe and alleviate the workload of the fine lathe, the second step is rough lathe. After this step, the raw material looked brightening.

Then, go to the third step, which determine our products good or not. Fine lathe, this step will make the dimension of H308 adapter sleeve nearly as final dimension.

After that, the material looks like an adapter sleeve. Grinder will be used to prune the surface of the sleeve. Make sure the contact surface no less than 90%.

Notch will be finished in a Milling machine. By then, the sleeve looks the same as it’s sold in market.

Finally, washing and setting up will be finished in the packing work shop and packed.
