H208 Adapter Sleeve For Self Aligning Bearing
The H208 bearing is a adapter sleeve with an inner diameter of 31 mm , an outer diameter of 58 mm, together determine its load-bearing capacity, rotational accuracy, and applicable working conditions.

Heat treatment will be used to make the hardness of the raw material equably.
In order to protect our fine lathe and alleviate the workload of the fine lathe, the second step is rough lathe. After this step, the raw material looked brightening.
Then, go to the third step, which determine our products good or not. Fine lathe, this step will make the dimension of H208 adapter sleeve to nearly as the final dimension.
After that, the material looks like an adapter sleeve. Grinder will be used to prune the surface of the sleeve. Make sure the contact surface no less than 90%.
Notch will be finished in a Milling machine. By then, the sleeve looks the same as it’s sold in market.
Finally, washing and setting up will be finished in the packing work shop and packed.
