Structure introductionThe Austria AMOSIN steel grade measurement system including three parts: measuring scale, reading-head and electronic assessment. The measuring scale was installed on the inner ring of the bearin. it is a steel ring with grids uniform distribution on. The reading-head was installed on the outer ring of the bearing (figure 1), it is near the measuring scale, but no contact, there is a 0.1--0.2mm clearance between them.
When Working, the bearing rotates, the measuring scale and the reading- head (figure 3) do non-contact relative motion, then transfer the data which was collected by induction to the electronic evaluation (figure 6) through the cable (figure 5). Then the electronic assessment converts the information to square wave or Positive harmonic signal. The signal was put into the numerical control system into the machine tools, to realize the measuring and control to the angular displacement.

AMOSIN steel measuring system has many different kinds of configuration; we can offer the best solution according to your requirement.
When order, the buyer should provide the following information: location accuracy rotary speed for real-time working, the length of the cable, the kinds of the signal output, line number, the number and type marked on the reference point.
The measuring scale has three precision grades of +\-3 μm (Arc length), +\-5 μm(Arc length), +\-10μm(Arc length).
Reference point mark’s quantity and type: Standard feature is every 360 degrees, a reference point mark. We can do as clients’ actual application: more reference point mark
Signal output type :IVPP or TTL.
