Renkler Makina was established with 5 employees in a small atelier in 1980. In 1991, Than acoordingly moved to 100m2 workplace of its own in Camdibi Organized Industrial Zone and continuoud its activities in Company building with a total of 700 m2at Pinarbasi. During this period, stated to serving its customer by increasing the employees to 30. Meanwhile, Renkler Makine has increased the number of customers including Schneider Electrics and Ege Endustri and started serving the electromechanics and automative industry.

When the year was 2001, the company started to production on its own factory a land of 10000m2 closed area. During this period, the company has started working with Areva and increased the number of employees to 70 and continued significant progress at equipment park. When the year was 2007, our factory, with a 8500m2 area, re-structured the organisation. With the support of 9 Eylul University, Business Analysis and Evaluation activities were initiated and the departments were re-structured.The company has also invested in the intellectual capital and provided numerous trainings to Human Resource personel. At 2008, the company has opened the assembly department and started assembling the components produced by the company and dispatched them. At 2008, Renkler Makina has been awarded number four at investment area and awarded number 2 at creating employement by EBSO and been started to providing quality services with 160 employees by existing machinery park. The company is walking strongly towards the future by trying to be a solution partner to the clients rather than being a sub-industry.

Renkler Makina has build up the second factory in Manisa and started to providing services to its customers from two different locations. And today Renkler Makine is continuing its activities with 300 employees by expanding customer portfolio with the effort for constantly improvement.
