The NU 212 ECM/HC5C3 bearing is a Hybrid ceramic cylindrical roller bearings, single row with an inner diameter of 60 mm , an outer diameter of 110 mm, a width of 22 mm. It typically uses PN grade precision tolerances and GCr15SiMn rings, HC5 = Silicon nitride Si3N4 rolling mlement. Its dynamic radial rated load is approximately 92465 N, its static radial rated load is approximately 101428 N. It uses C3 standard radial clearance, Open type, together determine its load-bearing capacity, rotational accuracy, and applicable working conditions.

The NU 212 ECM/HC5C3 Hybrid ceramic cylindrical roller bearings are primarily composed of high-precision bearing steel inner and outer rings, silicon nitride ceramic cylindrical rollers, and a cage (solid brass or outer ring guided type). The rollers and raceways are logarithmically modified, allowing for separability of the inner and outer rings, with precision grades ranging from P4 to P2.
The ceramic rollers in hybrid ceramic cylindrical roller bearings have low density and high elastic modulus, significantly reducing centrifugal force and increasing limiting speed by over 30%. The electrical insulation properties of the ceramic material effectively prevent electrolytic corrosion, making them suitable for applications with shaft current.
