★ NN Series:
The bearing only have rib on the inner ring. The component of inner ring and rollers can separately assembled with the outer ring. The axial displacement between axis and shell is not astrict, thus the bearing could not take the axial load. But, comparing with the single row cylindrical roller bearing in the same dimension, the double row bearing is capable to carry large radial load. The bearing is especially suitable for supporting machine tool spindles.
★ NN…K Series:
The bearing’s structure is similar with NN series bearing, only the inner hole of the bearing is conical. Which is good for easy adjustment of the bearing, and convenient for assembly and disassembly. The bearing is popular used for machine tool spindles, to be installed in the cone axis,to adjust the radial clearance by the indentation of the inner ring.
★ NNU Series, NNU ... K Series:
The bearing only have rib on the outer ring. There are both cylindric hole and conical hole. The axial displacement between axis and shell is not astrict, thus the bearing could not take the axial load. But, comparing with the single row cylindrical roller bearing in the same dimension, the double row bearing is capable to carry large radial load.
★ NNCF Series:
There are 3 rib on the inner ring and 1 rib on the outer ring. The bearing is allowed to one direction axial displacement.
★ NNCL Series:
There are 3 rib on the inner ring and no rib on the outer ring. It is un-separated bearing.
★ Dimension Range:
Inner Ring Diameter Range:80mm-1500mm Outer Ring Diameter Range:100mm-1500mm
★ Tolerance:
capable to produce bearings with the accuracy P5, P4, P2, and special accuracy for spindle bearings, such as: SP, UP.
★ Radial Clearance:
The clearance C 1 is usually used for standard double row cylindrical roller bearing. we can also supply our customer cylindrical hole radial tolerance of C2, C3, and C2 for conical hole.
