Since its establishment, the company has designed and manufactured tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearings and special bearings with inner diameters ranging from 4mm to 1100mm. We provide over 400 different sizes of bearings for plastic pellet parallel twin-screw extruders, three screw extruders, oil press screws, and steel mills. We also provide high-quality serial thrust cylindrical roller bearings for the high torque gearbox industry both domestically and internationally.
The serial thrust cylindrical roller bearings produced by our company are forged using high-quality bearing steel GCr15, which has undergone quenching, tempering, and annealing treatment to achieve a hardness of HRC56-62. The mechanical properties are stable, and after optimized design, the service life can reach 7-9 years. The company can also provide products designed with special materials for longer service life, with special material products having a service life of up to 20 years.
