HC6322-C3 Hybrid Deep Groove Ball Bearing, Ceramic Balls
The HC6322-C3 Hybrid deep groove ball bearings are widely used in high-speed, high-precision applications with the risk of shaft current, such as: variable frequency motors (pumps, fans), high-speed electric spindles, turbochargers, medical equipment (high-speed dental drills), electric vehicle drive motors, and semiconductor equipment.
The HC6322-C3 bearing is a Hybrid Deep groove ball bearing, ceramic balls with an inner diameter of 110 mm , an outer diameter of 240 mm, a width of 50 mm. It typically uses PN grade precision tolerances and GCr15SiMn rings, Ceramic balls rolling mlement. Its dynamic radial rated load is approximately 233929 N, its static radial rated load is approximately 214938 N. It uses C3 standard radial clearance, Open type, together determine its load-bearing capacity, rotational accuracy, and applicable working conditions.

They are available in various forms, including open, with dust caps, and contact seals, and the cages are compatible with standard steel ball bearings.
The ceramic balls in hybrid deep groove ball bearings have a density only 60% that of steel balls, significantly reducing centrifugal force and increasing the limiting speed by 15%-30%. The electrical insulation properties of ceramic materials effectively prevent electrolytic corrosion, making them suitable for applications with shaft current, such as variable frequency motors. They feature low friction, low temperature rise, smooth operation, and high wear resistance, maintaining a long service life even under poor lubrication conditions.
