Detailed description
Cylindrical Roller Bearing NU1009ECP
Characteristics :
In this type of bearings, the rollers race tracks are essentially cylindrical, however they may be ground slightly curved in order to achieve thereby small degree of flexibility.
The rollers are guided between two lips on either the inner race or the outer race. Other types provided with either no lip, one lip or two lips, according to the function which the bearing has to perform. Ball Bearings have a point contact on the races whereas all types of cylindrical roller bearings have a line contact.
Due to line contact the cylindrical roller bearings have a very high radial load carrying capacity as compared to ball bearings of the same size. Due to their separable design, cylindrical roller bearings are more convenient for mountings than ball bearings.
These bearings are mainly used in medium and large size motors, electricity generators, internal combustion engines, gas turbines, machine tools, spindles, reducers, unloading and lifting machines and other industrial machinery.
Types :
YNR cylindrical roller bearings can be classified into following types :
Single-row cylindrical roller bearing
e.g.: NU, N, NJ, NF, NUP, NH, NCL, NB, NCF…
Double-row cylindrical roller bearing
e.g.: NN, NN…K, NNU, NNU…K, NNCF, NNCL, NNCS…
Four-row cylindrical roller beairng
e.g.: FC, FCD, FCDP…
Dimension range :
The boundary dimensions of YNR cylindrical roller bearing are listed in the bearing dimension datasheet .
Inner diameter dimension range : 65mm-1900mm
Outer diameter dimension range: 120mm-2300mm
Width dimension range: 23mm-400mm
Tolerance :
TRMT supplies single-row, double-row and four-row cylindrical roller bearings with P0, P1, P2, P3, P4, SP and UP precision.
Radial Clearance :
TRMT supplies C0, C3, C4 clearances for single-row cylindrical roller bearings, and C0, C3, C4, C1, C9 for double-row cylindrical roller bearings.
Cage :
Normally, single-row cylindrical roller bearings use machined solid cages, pressed steel cages and nylon cages. But double-row cylindrical roller bearings mostly use machined brass cages. Four-row cylindrical roller bearings mostly use machined brass solid cages. For big sized beairngs, it is suitable to use solid pin-style cages .
The code cages is indicated as follows :
(a) The pressed steel cages are indicated with the suffix J, different structures are indicated with the suffix J, J1, J2…
(b) Groove type cages are indicated with the suffix CJ .
(c) Solid brass cages are usually indicated with the suffix M.
(d) When the outside diameter of bearings is bigger than 400mm, the code of solid steel cages are not indicated. If guided by the inner or outer rings, the material of cage and guide method should be indicated (A means outer ring guide, B means inner ring guide)
(e) The solid brass cage for double-row cylindrical roller bearings is not indicated in code.
