On August 13, Shenyang Machine Tools Group(SMTG) finished the first phase construction work of Yinfeng Casting Manufacturing Base in Liaozhong county, Shenyang city, Liaoning province. Now the manufacturing base has been put into production. So far, this base is the largest machine tools' casting manufacturing base in China. Their maufacturing craft is also world class.
It's said that SMTG invested over 320 million yuan in this program, whose annual design capacity is 120,000 tons casting. SMTG's products will be quality and world class for their advanced technologies and craft which have taken effect in the first pahse construction. Also, quality products will contribute to the better appearance of machine tools. Predictively, the capacity of each new base workshops will be as much as the total of the two former casting plants of SMTG. This marks the end of casting parts' short supply in Shenyang and the coming competitive power in auto parts' replacement market. Liaoning province is becoming stronger and stronger in Chinese manufacturing industry.
