Schaeffler world's first "future factory" officially founded in Jiuhua

On Nov 22, Schaeffler world's first "future factory" - Schaeffler Xiangtan manufacturing base in Jiuhua officially founded. Cao Jiongfang, Party secretary, director of the Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, met with Oliver Jung, chief operating officer of Schaeffler Group, who attended the ceremony. City leaders Chen Zhonghong, Chen Xiaoshan, Hu Zhenxiang attended the ceremony,too.

Oliver Jung said that Schaeffler has inspected many places in China before settled in Xiangtan. Xiangtan's superior investment environment and high quality government service attracted the group. Schaeffler will bring advanced technologies and concepts , train highly qualified technicians locally,create more value-added jobs,carry out all-round technological innovation. The first "future factory" - the investment in Xiangtan manufacturing base, it's a milestone for Schaeffler.I believe that Xiangtan can be incorporated into a more advanced and broader network in the era of global integration.

Both sides exchanged gifts and took pictures together. Before meeting, Cao Jiongfang also inspected Schaeffler Xiangtan training center and mold department.
