LYC Patented Measuring Tool

An assistant engineer in LYC has obtained a national patent for his curvature measuring tool, which took him 2 years to finish. Mr.Zhao jingzhou, an average technical staff, is in charge of the designing work of processing craft and tools and technical supporting works.

This kind of curvature measuring tool is designed to adjust the grinding wheel of the CNC bearing ring grinding machine. In past, it will take one working day for the workers to adjust the position of grinding wheels of that machine, and now all adjusting work can be finished in several minutes by using this tool. Production efficiency has been high improved.

Additionally, the design of this tool filled a technical gap in relevant area. Based on this design, lots of measuring tools that can be used in the processing of spherical parts will come into existence. This invention tool got its patent in May 18 this year.
