Aluminium Rotor Cup
The T/S/G/U/K/R/O/N bearing is a Steel rotor cup and Aluminium rotor cup with an inner diameter of 33 to 42 mm , an outer diameter of no mm, a width of no mm. together determine its load-bearing capacity, rotational accuracy, and applicable working conditions.
"T" and "K" rotor cup: Yarm strucure similar to the ring spinning yarn, good quality silver, high strength and less hairiness, but easy to gather dust in the groove. Not suitable for spinning sliver of high impurity. Suitable for weaving and knitting yarn.
"G" rotor cup: Compared with the "T" rotor cup can be higher yarn count, and more suitable for precessing the raw material contain high impurity. But when using the small diameter rotor cup, it always cause the wood lines yarn. So it is suitable for spinning the kintting yarns.
"U" rotor cup: The yarn strucure is more fluffy, feels soft, more hairiness, poor uniformity, lower strength than "T" type rotor cup. It is suitable for spinning the dimity yarns.
"S" rotor cup: Lower strength, it is suitable for spinning high impurity yarn, and it is difficult to cause the wood lines yarns. Particularly suitable for spinning the hosiery yarn and pile yarn.
"V" rotor bearing: yarn best, but with lower strength than the "T" type. It is suitable for 100% content acrylic yarn.
