Low carbon steel ball

AISI 1010/1015/1020( C10-C15-C20 )
Balls in these materials are case-hardened only (surface heat treatment ).
Low carbon steel balls offer considerable savings in all those applications which do not require the use of through hardened balls.
The most common applications include furniture wheels, beatings for drawers, locks, grease nipple, sliding boocks, toys.

A.Raw material--Wire drawing--Cold heading--Flashing--Heat treatment--Grinding--Lapping 1--Lapping2--Lapping3--Washing--Checking.
All balls must be passed the procedure of passivity.Each procedure have professional inspector.They will check steel balls each two hours to insure the correction diameter and good surface of SAIGE steel ball.

B.Our high precision bearing steel balls is G10.(Diameter variation is in 0.25um)
Following is our inspection standard of G10 steel balls:
1.Each size of chrome steel balls have their own standard balls which are imported from Japan.
2.These standard balls were stocked into antitrust oil at the temperature 20° C.
3.Our size measurement instrument's precision is up to 0.1um.Also import from Japan.
4.We will check the diameter, hardness, surface, deviation from spherical, vibration value and so on.
