The YRTC395-XL-PRL50 Rotary table bearings are precision bearings with a thrust-radial combined structure. They mainly consist of a housing ring, a shaft ring, two rows of axial cylindrical roller cage assemblies, and one row of radial cylindrical roller cage assemblies. The housing ring and shaft ring are evenly distributed with mounting screw holes for easy direct fixing.
The advantages of rotary table bearing design are that it can simultaneously withstand radial loads, bidirectional axial loads and overturning moments. The negative clearance preload design ensures extremely high rigidity and rotational accuracy. Moreover, the compact structure greatly simplifies rotary table design and reduces installation and maintenance costs.
