YRT150 High Precision Rotary Table Bearing 150*240*40mm
The YRT150 bearing is a YRT rotary table bearing with an inner diameter of 150 mm , an outer diameter of 240 mm, a width of 40 mm. Axial radial YRT150 bearings are ready to fit high precision bearings for high precision applications with combined loads. YRT150 can support radial loads and axial loads from both sides as well as tilting moments and are particularly suitable for bearing arrangements with high requirements for running accuracy, for example in rotary tables, face plates, milling heads and reversible clamps.Due to the fixing holes in the bearing rings, the units are very easy to fit. The bearings are radially and axially preloaded after fitting.

YRT150 bearing consist of a thrust/radial housing washer, a thrust/radial shaft washer, a thrust washer, two Axial needle roller and cage assemblies and a group of radial cylindrical roller . Housing washer and shaft washer have equally spaced fitting bolt. This kind of bearings YRT150 have high axial load and radial load ,and high tilting rigidity and high precision..YRT150 can be used to the machine tool and other high precision machinery of the rotary table or sub-set, and also can be used for chuck, measuring instruments and test equipment and rotary table configuration.

Design & Installation for YRT150 :
Structure with the requirements shown as blow
Retaining screws secure the bearing components during transport. For installing the bearing easier, the screws should be loosened before fitting, and secured again or replaced by positioning screws after fitting.
The L-section ring can be fitted with unsupported or supported ring.
a) Without supported ring, the bearing type is YRT150 .
b) With supported ring, the bearing type is YRT150-VSP.And the whole surface of L-section should be supported.
Mounting forces must only be applied to the YRT150 bearing ring to be fitted, never through the rolling elements.
Tighten the fixing screws in crosswise using a torque wrench .
Don’t separate or interchanged bearing components during fitting and dismantling.
Starting friction torque can be 3 to 3.5 times as high as the value of friction torque in the dimension tables.
