UCFL206 INSERT BALL BEARING UNITS
The UCFL206 bearing is a Pillow Block Bearings with an inner diameter of 30 mm , an outer diameter of 148 mm, a width of 117 mm. zz type, together determine its load-bearing capacity, rotational accuracy, and applicable working conditions.
Insert ball bearings units are made of two pressurized ball bearing and founded bearing.Ball bearing units inner structure is the same as deep groove ball bearings.but this kind of bearing has its outer section surface a sphericity shape.paired with bearing concave spherical it can gain self aligning ability.Generally this kind of bearing have clearance between inner bore and axis.by using peak thread,eccentric strap or adapter sleeve to fix the bearing inner ring up onthe axis,and runwith the axis.Insert bearing has compact structure,can easily set or took away:it is suitable for simple support.Generally it is used in mining,metallurgy,agriculture,chemistry,conveying machinery and so on.
