Abstract:

Self-aligning Ball Bearings is double-raw ball bearing which its outer ring is made spherically ground and inner ring has two deep groove raceways. Its function is self-aligning, mainly bearing radial load, also bearing a spot of axial load, but not bearing all axial load. It\'s Limit speed is lower than Deep Groove Ball Bearings. This kind of bearing is suitable for willowy double bearing axes under the function of load, also for the parts which its bearing pile hole can’t keep concentricity absolutely, but the center line’s relative gradient of inner ring and outer ring can’t exceed 3 degree.

 Features: 

1.It has two rows of balls and a common concave sphered raceway in the outer ring.

2.The bearing is consequently self-aligning and insensitive to angular misalignments of the shaft relative to the housing.

3. It is particularly suitable for applications where considerable shaft deflections or misalignment are to be expected.

4.Additionally, the self-aligning ball bearing has the lowest friction of all rolling bearings, which enables it to run cooler even at high speeds.
