The BSF3080 Ball screw support bearings are widely used in the feed drive systems of CNC machine tools, specifically including: machining centers (X/Y/Z axis screw support), CNC lathes (Z-axis), EDM machines, precision grinding machines, industrial robots (linear modules), and semiconductor equipment (wafer positioning platforms).
The BSF3080 bearing is a Double-Row Angular Contact Super Precision Thrust Ball Bearings, BSF Type Single for Ball Screw Support with an inner diameter of 30 mm , an outer diameter of 80 mm, a width of 28 mm. It typically uses P2B = ISO Class 2 grade precision tolerances and GCr15SiMn rings, GCr15SiMn rolling mlement. Its dynamic axial rated load is approximately 29725 N, its static axial rated load is approximately 55213 N.
