NU336-E-M1 Cylindrical Roller Bearings With Solid Brass Cage
The NU336-E-M1 Single-row cylindrical roller bearings are widely used for radial support in various rotating machinery, such as: motors (large and medium-sized motor rotors), gearboxes (industrial gearboxes), machine tool spindles, compressors, pumps, and wind turbine spindles.
The NU336-E-M1 bearing is a Single row cylindrical roller bearings with cage with an inner diameter of 180 mm , an outer diameter of 380 mm, a width of 75 mm. It typically uses P6 grade precision tolerances and GCr15SiMn rings, GCr15SiMn rolling mlement. Its dynamic radial rated load is approximately 1039494 N, its static radial rated load is approximately 1319205 N. The NU336-E-M1 Single-row cylindrical roller bearings mainly consist of an inner ring, an outer ring, cylindrical rollers, and a cage. Common structural forms include NU type (double-flange outer ring, no flange on inner ring), N type (double-flange inner ring, no flange on outer ring), and NJ type (single-flange inner ring), enabling separable design and axial displacement compensation.
Single-row cylindrical roller bearings have extremely high radial load capacity. The rollers and raceways have line contact, making them suitable for heavy-duty applications. They have a low coefficient of friction, making them suitable for high-speed operation. The separable structure facilitates easy installation and disassembly. NU and N types allow axial displacement and can be used as floating end bearings to effectively compensate for thermal expansion.
