Application
1.Single Row Cylindrical Roller Bearing
Single row cylindraical Roller Bearing can be classified in NU,NJ,NUP,N,NF and so on .Inner ring outer ring are separeable.It can bear axial load from one direction.It's generally made of dteel stamping or brass cage and some of them are using cage of formed polyamide.
2.Double Row Cylindrical Roller Bearing
NNU-design double cylindrical roller bearing.They are separable,which means ring with complete flange,roller and cage can be installed with other rings,or all the bearing components can be installed separately,whjich is favorable for stalling,checking and maintaining.The bearings of NNU-design have a conical bore generally.These bearings are possoble to reach certain radial internal clearance or certain preload.
3.Four Row Cylindrical Roller Bearing
Four Row Cylindrical Roller BearingS are almost used for roller neck of mill housing,rollers and rolling machines.Compared with other roller bearing,these bearing are characterized by low friction.They are always interference fitted on roll necks especially application to rolling machineswhich rolling at a high speed.

Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings have solid outer and inner rings together with rib-guided cylindrical rollers. Since these bearings have the largest possible number of rolling elements, they have extremely high radial load carrying capacity, high rigidity and are suitable for particularly compact designs. Due to the kinematic conditions, however, they do not achieve the high speeds that are possible when using cylindrical roller bearings with cage.
Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings are in the form of semi-locating bearings.
