During early 1980’s, in the beginning of “Reform and Open “, under the requirements of Baosteel and Wuhan steel etc., we started to produce full complement cylindrical roller bearings to replace their imported bearings for their imported equipments. And now we are manufacturing all SL series including SL01 (NNC), SL02 (NNCL), SL (NNF), SL05, SL06, SL11, SL12, SL14, SL15, SL18 (NCF), RSL18, SL19 (with radial self-locking), LSL, ZSL etc. As well as track roller bearings like NUTR , NNUPR etc. within OD of 800mm.

Full complement cylindrical roller bearings have solid inner and outer rings and rib-guided cylindrical rollers. Since these bearings have the largest possible number of rolling elements, they have extremely high radial load carrying capacity, high rigidity and are suitable for particularly compact designs. Due to their kinematic conditions, however, they cannot achieve the high speeds that are possible when using cylindrical roller bearings with cage.
