N2240-E-MP1B Solid Brass Cage Cylindrical Roller Bearings
The N2240-E-MP1B Single-row cylindrical roller bearings are widely used for radial support in various rotating machinery, such as: motors (large and medium-sized motor rotors), gearboxes (industrial gearboxes), machine tool spindles, compressors, pumps, and wind turbine spindles.
The N2240-E-MP1B bearing is a Single row cylindrical roller bearings with cage with an inner diameter of 200 mm , an outer diameter of 360 mm, a width of 98 mm. GCr15SiMn rings, GCr15SiMn rolling mlement. Its dynamic radial rated load is approximately 1219300 N, its static radial rated load is approximately 1859015 N. The N2240-E-MP1B Single-row cylindrical roller bearings mainly consist of an inner ring, an outer ring, cylindrical rollers, and a cage. Common structural forms include NU type (double-flange outer ring, no flange on inner ring), N type (double-flange inner ring, no flange on outer ring), and NJ type (single-flange inner ring), enabling separable design and axial displacement compensation.
Single-row cylindrical roller bearings have extremely high radial load capacity. The rollers and raceways have line contact, making them suitable for heavy-duty applications. They have a low coefficient of friction, making them suitable for high-speed operation. The separable structure facilitates easy installation and disassembly. NU and N types allow axial displacement and can be used as floating end bearings to effectively compensate for thermal expansion.
