N1008KTNHA/HC5SP bearings ( 40 mm x 68 mm x 15 mm) have the advantages of Ceramic rolling elements achieve high rotational speed, low heat generation, insulation, and protection against electrolytic corrosion, while also possessing ultra-precision-grade high rigidity and high rotational accuracy, and are therefore widely used in the High-speed electric spindles for machine tools, high-speed motors, precision rolling mills, traction motors for rail transit, and aerospace equipment.

The N1008KTNHA/HC5SP Hybrid ceramic ultra-precision cylindrical roller bearings are primarily composed of high-precision bearing steel inner and outer rings, silicon nitride ceramic cylindrical rollers, and a high-performance cage (solid brass or outer ring guided type). The rollers and raceways are logarithmically modified, allowing for separability of the inner and outer rings, achieving precision grades from P4 to P2.
The ceramic rollers in hybrid ceramic ultra-precision cylindrical roller bearings have low density and high elastic modulus, significantly reducing centrifugal force and increasing limiting speed by over 30%. The electrical insulation properties of the ceramic material effectively prevent electrolytic corrosion, making them suitable for applications with shaft current, such as variable frequency motors. They also feature a low coefficient of thermal expansion, low temperature rise, good thermal stability, and a low coefficient of friction, extending bearing life.
