KR 16 Stud 6 Mm, Cam Followers (stud-type Track Roller)
The KR 16 Cam-follower studded roller bearings are widely used in cam-driven and linear guidance systems in automated equipment, such as: cam mechanisms (automatic machine tool indexing plates), conveying equipment (track rollers), packaging machinery (cam-driven sealing), printing machinery, robot end effectors, and material handling equipment.
The KR 16 bearing is a Cam followers (stud-type track roller) with an inner diameter of 6 mm , an outer diameter of 16 mm, a width of 28.2 mm. GCr15SiMn rings, GCr15SiMn rolling mlement. It uses Between C2 and CN standard radial clearance, Seal on both sides type, together determine its load-bearing capacity, rotational accuracy, and applicable working conditions.

The KR 16 Cam follower stud roller bearings mainly consist of a stud (a threaded solid shaft), an outer ring (serving as the rolling track), needle rollers or rollers, a cage, and a sealing device. The stud head has a wrench groove or an internal hexagonal hole, and the outer surface of the outer ring can be designed as spherical or cylindrical to accommodate different tracks.
Cam follower stud roller bearings are easy to install, directly fixed to the equipment via the stud threads without the need for an additional bearing housing. They have high load-bearing capacity, with the needle roller structure providing high radial load capacity. The outer ring can be eccentrically adjusted to easily compensate for installation errors. They possess shock resistance and contamination resistance, making them suitable for harsh working conditions.
