The HC6316-C3 bearing is a Hybrid Deep groove ball bearing, ceramic balls with an inner diameter of 80 mm , an outer diameter of 170 mm, a width of 39 mm. It typically uses PN grade precision tolerances and GCr15SiMn rings, Ceramic balls rolling mlement. Its dynamic radial rated load is approximately 149908 N, its static radial rated load is approximately 109917 N. It uses C3 standard radial clearance, Open type, together determine its load-bearing capacity, rotational accuracy, and applicable working conditions.

The ceramic balls in hybrid deep groove ball bearings have a density only 60% that of steel balls, significantly reducing centrifugal force and increasing the limiting speed by 15%-30%. The electrical insulation properties of ceramic materials effectively prevent electrolytic corrosion, making them suitable for applications with shaft current, such as variable frequency motors. They feature low friction, low temperature rise, smooth operation, and high wear resistance, maintaining a long service life even under poor lubrication conditions.
