GE60SW bearings ( 60 mm x 95 mm x 23 mm) have the advantages of Capable of simultaneously withstanding large radial and unidirectional axial combined loads, and possessing self-aligning capability, and are therefore widely used in the Commonly used in A-frames of heavy-duty truck steering axles, joint hinges of hydraulic cylinders, and suspension systems of mining equipment.

The GE60SW Angular contact spherical plain bearings structurally consist of an inner ring with a convex spherical surface and an outer ring with a concave spherical surface. Their key spherical sliding contact surfaces form a certain angle with the bearing axis. Some models feature a separable design for easy installation. Depending on the sliding material, they are mainly divided into steel-to-steel types requiring periodic lubrication, and self-lubricating PTFE-lined types, the latter having an extremely low coefficient of friction and requiring no maintenance.
Angular contact spherical plain bearings are designed to withstand both radial and axial combined loads simultaneously. Based on their inclined sliding surface design, their load-bearing capacity far exceeds that of standard radial bearings of the same size, making them particularly suitable for unidirectional load conditions where axial loads dominate. However, for applications requiring high loads and bidirectional bearing capacity, they must be installed in pairs.
