DS5218W Steel Mill Spiral Roller Bearing 90mmx153mmx112mm
The DS5218 W bearing is a Thrust Spherical Roller Bearing with an inner diameter of 90 mm , an outer diameter of 153 mm, a width of 112 mm. It typically uses P4 , P5 , P6, P0 grade precision tolerances and chrome steel rings. It primarily bears Axial/Radial, Its dynamic radial rated load is approximately 773KN, its static radial rated load is approximately 808KN. It uses C0 standard radial clearance, together determine its load-bearing capacity, rotational accuracy, and applicable working conditions.

The rolling system of spiral roller bearings uses spiral rollers wound with steel belts. Therefore, it is called a spiral roller bearing. This type of bearing has large elasticity and radial clearance, can withstand large impact radial load, cannot withstand axial load, and has low limit speed. It is only suitable for parts with low rotation accuracy and often large impact loads. When the bearing is installed, an inclination of 0.5° between the axis of the inner ring and the axis of the outer ring is allowed. Due to the elastic deformation of this type of bearing, the accuracy cannot be guaranteed during work, so the accuracy of the spiral roller bearing is only one of the ordinary level, and there is no other precision level.
