Cylindrical roller bearing JC5 is usually guided by the two ribs of one bearing ring. Cage, roller and guiding ring form an assembly. This bearing is usually separable bearing. The installation and disassembly of this kind of bearing is convenient. Especially when the inner and outer rings as well as the shaft and housing are required to have interference fit, its advantage is more obvious. This kind of bearing is usually only used to bear radial load. Only the single row bearing, of which the inner and outer rings both have ribs, can bear smaller axial load or larger intermittent axial load.
