C31/800KMB Bore 800 Mm, CARB Toroidal Roller Bearings
The C31/800KMB CARB ring roller bearings are widely used in continuously operating equipment where misalignment and thermal expansion occur, specifically including: papermaking machinery (drying cylinders, calenders), wind power generation (main shafts), industrial gearboxes, continuous casting lines, ship propulsion shafts, and large wind turbines.
The C31/800KMB bearing is a CARB toroidal roller bearings with an inner diameter of 800 mm , an outer diameter of 1280 mm, a width of 375 mm. It typically uses PN grade precision tolerances and GCr15SiMn rings, GCr15SiMn rolling mlement. Its dynamic radial rated load is approximately 15596837 N, its static radial rated load is approximately 26994547 N. It uses CN standard radial clearance, Open type, together determine its load-bearing capacity, rotational accuracy, and applicable working conditions.

The C31/800KMB CARB ring roller bearings consist of an inner ring (with double raceways), a spherical outer ring, ring rollers (symmetrical rollers with a special profile), and a cage. The outer ring raceways are spherical, and the rollers are arranged in a ring, combining the structural characteristics of self-aligning roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings.
CARB ring roller bearings integrate self-aligning capability and axial displacement capability, compensating for shaft bending and misalignment (self-aligning function) while allowing bidirectional axial displacement between the shaft and the bearing housing (floating function). They have extremely high radial load capacity, with line contact between the rollers and raceways, resulting in uniform stress distribution. Their compact structure allows them to replace the combination of self-aligning roller bearings and floating end bearings, simplifying system design.
