BVTB460236VAF Bore 340 Mm, Triple Ring Bearings For Paper Industry
The BVTB460236VAF The TL series spherical roller bearing are specifically designed for the drying section of paper machinery and are suitable for high-temperature, heavy-duty conditions in drying cylinder rolls, calenders, Yankee drying cylinders, and other paper processing equipment.
The BVTB460236VAF bearing is a Spherical roller bearing as inner bearing, cylindrical roller bearing as outer bearing with an inner diameter of 340 mm , an outer diameter of 819.15 mm, a width of 280 mm. GCr15SiMn rings, GCr15SiMn rolling mlement. Open type, together determine its load-bearing capacity, rotational accuracy, and applicable working conditions.
Interchange code: SKF BVTB460236VAF , Torrington F-3836-C
BVTB460236VAF bearings ( 340 mm x 819.15 mm x 280 mm) have the advantages of High temperature resistance, fracture resistance, doubled lifespan, stable and reliable, and are therefore widely used in the Paper machinery.

The BVTB460236VAF The TL series spherical roller bearing mainly consist of inner and outer rings, drum-shaped rollers, and a cage. The inner ring is made of special alloy steel and undergoes a carbonitriding heat treatment process. It is equipped with a heavy-duty machined brass cage (CA type) and is available in both cylindrical and tapered bore configurations, with radial clearance options ranging from C3 to C5.
The TL series spherical roller bearing exhibit significantly improved resistance to inner ring cracking, effectively solving the problem of inner ring fracture caused by high temperatures and rapid temperature rise in the drying section of paper machines. They maintain dimensional stability at temperatures up to 200°C, have high raceway surface hardness, and their lifespan is more than twice that of conventional bearings under conditions of foreign object intrusion.
