I wish to send you an RFQ of 300 sets (2 21.5”  X 1.5” threaded  + 2 31.62” X 1.5 “ threaded) lead-screws + nuts annual requirement.   (Estimated 5 + years production.)

Please complete and return attached non-disclosure agreement in order that I may send you this RFQ.
