1. Shipping weight , Packing dimension  ( The standard packing must be suitable for international shipment.)

     If packing or carriage cost to be apply please separate from product cost. 
2. Warrantee Period .
3. Please specify Export Control Classification Number ECCN# in case of the Original of Country is USA.

4. Provide MSDS# in case Hazardous Goods. Also the expired date of shelf life are required minimum 12 months from date of delivery.

     (If not apply for 12 months please indicate your product shelf life.)
5. Please state any Certificate can be provided : Material Certificate , Material Certificate of Conformance ,

    Hydrostatic Test , Performance Test ,  Pump Test , Calibration Certificate or any else Testing Report.

   (If this cost to be apply please separate from product cost.)
6. Please state if the product cannot lift by forklift and has to use the Lifting Equipment. 
7. QTEC accepts only product/material in NEW condition (Refurbished , Rebuild or Used item will not accept)
8. If you offer MFG Part Number or MFG Name is deviate from our requested. Please clarify and provide doc. / letter of conformity accordingly.
