I'm looking for an IKO linear guide block, model LRWH65 (or a close equivalent from the same series - LRWH65-C1, LRWH65-C2, etc.), used as a replacement part on an old Correa CF 40/40 milling machine (1994).

I couldn't find this exact reference listed in your shop, but I saw you deal in used IKO linear motion parts. Do you have this model in stock, even if unlisted? I can also provide measurements (rail width, mounting hole spacing, block length/height) if that helps identify the closest match you may have available.
