The BSTB462826C The TL series spherical roller bearing mainly consist of inner and outer rings, drum-shaped rollers, and a cage. The inner ring is made of special alloy steel and undergoes a carbonitriding heat treatment process. It is equipped with a heavy-duty machined brass cage (CA type) and is available in both cylindrical and tapered bore configurations, with radial clearance options ranging from C3 to C5.
The TL series spherical roller bearing exhibit significantly improved resistance to inner ring cracking, effectively solving the problem of inner ring fracture caused by high temperatures and rapid temperature rise in the drying section of paper machines. They maintain dimensional stability at temperatures up to 200°C, have high raceway surface hardness, and their lifespan is more than twice that of conventional bearings under conditions of foreign object intrusion.
