ZYS will obtain high technical support from SINOMACH Precision Industry

Recently, ZYS announced that the company will purchase 100% equity of SINOMACH Precision Industry Co., Ltd, a subsidy of China National Machinery Industry Corporation (Sinomach) with the investment of RMB 898 million. 

After the acquisition completed, ZYS precision bearing development will receive Chinese top technical support.
