Yunsheng Produce Substitute for Imported O-Cage
Without favorable conditions in every aspects, Zhejiang Yunsheng Bearing Cage Co.,Ltd(hereinafter refered to as "Yunsheng"), a county level producer in Zhejiang, have developed the High Precision "O"-Cage by independent innovation. As was informed, this cage had won them national No.1 titles in aspects of output, quality, and market shares. Additionally, the "O"-Cage is the first substitute for imported equivalent in China.
Last year, Yunsheng had developed the High Precision Noise-free Cage, making themselves more competitive in domestic market. In 2006, they have chosen High Precision Noise-free Nylon Cage as their developing target, planning to achieve it in next year.
Recently, Yunsheng and a Japanese enterprise have reached an agreement on importing a RMB6.5 million yuan's worth of equipment from Japanese party. According to Yunsheng, the equipment will be used in developing their new product--High Precision Noise-free Nylon Cage.
It is reported that spending on research and developing in Yunsheng has accounted for 10 percent of their annual output value, much higher than other similar enterprises.
