Wanxiang Jinggong Introduce The 1st Hub Bearing Assembly Line
Recently, Wanxiang Jinggong passed the examination of their automatic assembly line for wheel hub bearings, putting it into practical use. It takes 16 days for the company to buy the assembly line, then test, adjust and finally put into practical use, making it the assembly line in Wanxiang Jinggong which have the shortest interval between purchase and formal running.
This assembly line was tailored for Wanxiang Jinggong by a famous manufacturer in South Korea, comprising functions of components selection, assemble, measuring vibration and clearance, injecting grease, intalling seal, testing magnetism and laser marking. Designed annual capacity of this line are 1.2million sets per year. It takes only 15 seconds to assemble each item.
