Wanxiang American Witness Favourable Prospects

Several days ago, PS company were named 2005 Golden Supplier of Chrysler. As Wanxiang American had acquired PS in 2005, this news also pleased them for increasing their cooperation possibility with the world leading auto producer--Chrysler.

PS company, founded in 1932, is one of the earliest key supplier of Ford Motor. In 1950s, all Ford cars were equiped with steering coupling and other products made by PS. At present, the company employs over 300 people, having 4 plants scatterd in American and Mexico. Today, they are Ford Motor's Q1 supplier and first tier supplier of Chrysler, GM etc.

June 20, 2005, Wanxiang American acquired PS company, holding 60 percent of its shares.
