Valin Iron & Steel Group Cooperated with China Resource

Hunan Valin Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd and China Resource Co., Ltd held signing ceremony in Changsha, Hunan Province. According to the agreement, Hunan Valin Iron and Steel Group, China's tenth-largest steel mill will pay about 650 million Yuan for a 55 percent stake in Jiangsu Wuxi Steel Group. China Resource Co., Ltd will hold the remaining 45 percent stake.

Jiangsu Wuxi Steel Group offers a wide variety of hot rolled wire rods, bars, reinforced bars, seamless pipes and forgings. Steel products have formed four major series of bearing, alloy tool, spring and alloy structural steel.
