Tri-Ring Group is to Set up a Subsidiary in Germany

Tri-Ring Group in Hubei province announced on December 6th that it planned to establish a wholly owned subsidiary in Frankfurt, Germany with investment of Euro 5 million (about RMB 40 million).

As said by the related official of the group, this would be the first time for Tri-Ring Group to implement large-scale investment in overseas markets.

With the total assets of RMB 15 billion, Tri-Ring Group mainly engaged in production of special-purpose vehicles, special vehicles, CNC forming machine tools and other products.
