TIMKEN Wuxi Plant Begin Running

On Sept. 16, held the open ceremony of TIMKEN's Wuxi plant. Local governors attended and made some speech.

As we all know that TIMKEN is the world leading manufacturer in bearing and steel industry. Currrently, they have two projects which amounted $70 million undergoing in Wuxi city China . In 2003, TIMKEN made it available to share resources, brand effect and market through integration with its Wuxi subsidiary. In the same year, sales of TIMKEN Wuxi plant hit RMB200 million yuan, which ranked itself second among the Chinese bearing enterprises who enjoyed fast-growing sales. Furthermore, TIMKEN moved their plant from urban to suburb and invested more to build the most advanced bearing manufacturing base.

As stated by the TIMKEN Wuxi plant, their annual sales will be 4 times as much as what it is now in 4 years, namely increase from present RMB200 million yuan to 800million yuan.
