TDI, founded in 1958, is a comprehensive design and research institute, based at Beijing. They have branches in Shenzhen, Zhongshan, Shanghai, Luoyang etc. As a state authorized design institute, they can undertake various design, supervision and evaluation work, such as mechanical design, building design, project supervision, project evaluation etc.
