QianChao Bearing--Semiautomation Upgrading of Their Vibration Tester

QianChao Bearing Co.,Ltd(QCB) has finished their semiautomation upgrading of the BVT-5 Vibration Tester. After this upgrading, the efficiency of the bearing vibration test will be enhanced and the production cycle also will be shorten. All this will contribute to the company's profitable operation.

Now the operating process of that vibration testing machine has been changed from former manual way to semiautomatic way which is controled by optical and electronic sensors. This change not only shorten the production cycle but also provide more security for the workers who had to place the testing components by their hand in the past. Compared with the former vibration testing machine, performance of this upgraded one were improved by 50 percent. In the course of this upgrading, technical staffs collected useful components from the out of date equipments and used those componets that they collected to complete the assemble of this new vibration testing machine. So they hit their upgrading target of high yield with low cost.
