Recently, in Luoyang Shengjiu Forging Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of LYXQL Slewing Bearing Co.,Ltd. the extra large shield machine joint bearing forging with the diameter of 15 meters was off the assembly line for Su’ai Passage project of Shantou. The 
The forging with outer diameter of 8.13 meters, inner diameter of 7.47 meters, height of 1.39 meters, and weight of 88 tons, weighting approximately 70 cars, will be processed into joint bearings for Su’ai Passage project of Shantou. 

Su’ai Passage project is China’s first underwater tunnel located in the octave seismic zone built on the underwater complex geological structure by extra large 15-meter-diameter shield machine. Its construction difficulty and risk is the first one in China’s underwater tunnel.
