Customers could use both telephone and web(inquiry website: www.lyc.cn) to inquiry and the steps are easy to master. Once you dail the right number, you will be asked to type the 16 figure anti-counterfeiting code which you can find on the bearing. If your bearing is origin, you will hear the detailed specification of the bearing via the phone. Anti-counterfeiting code and inquiry hotline number will be printed on acceptance certificate of new edition LYC product.

The anti-counterfeiting code is generated by computer's random calculation. The chance for generating two same code is one out of a million. Existence of this anti-counterfeiting system will further guarantee the fair and ordered competition in bearing industry.
