JCH Acquired Waldrich-Coburg

Beijing Jingcheng Mechanical & Electrical Holding Co Ltd (JCH) successfully acquired Waldrich Coburg, a precision machine center manufacturer based in Germany, according to a local Chinese media.

The acquisition was done through JCH's fully owned subsidiary Beijing No.1 Machine Tool Plant and completed on October 24.

Beijing No.1 Machine Tool Plant, with 56 years of experience in manufacturing machine tools, is said to be the largest milling machine supplier in China.
