Accordingly, the first China-Russia Cooperation Industrial Park has put into daily use in Harbin city recently. This Industrial Park, located in Harbin development zone, covered an area of 40 thousand square meters, it's a special zone only available for those enterprises who are completely or partially Russian-funded, cooperate with Russian enterprises or export 70 percent of their products to Russia. Now there are 5 bearing enterprises has settled in this zone. HRB Bearing Co.,Ltd has been one the 5 enterprises.
The construction work of that zone had been finished a month ago, other road and environmental work had completed at early June. Currently, about 30 enterprises are applying for settling into this zone, 2 of them are completely Russia-funded enterprises. In order to realize the original purpose of this Industrial Park, the park developer set a strict rule for every enterprises who want to settle in.
Enterprises met one of the following items would be qualified to settle in this zone:
-high level cooperation with Russian enterprises in the area of scientific technology
-70 percent of their output should be exported to Russia
Among the 5 enterprises who had been approved to settle in, 2 enterprises were cooperated with Russia in the scientific tech area; another 2 were mainly export products to Russia and the last 1 not only coopertate with Russian enterprises but also export products to them.
Plants of the above 5 enterprises will covered about 10 thousand square meters. Predictively, before the openning of Harbin Fair, the number of settled enterprises will be 15 and the area for them to use will reach 25 thousand square meters. Then, enterprises in the park will be from many industries such as electric, garment, machinery etc.
